Julian Evans
Julian Evans is a British journalist who has been interested in Stoicism since he was a teenager and read Marcus Aurelius's Meditations, via an interest in Buddhism. He still can't understand why Buddhism has over a billion followers, while Stoicism has less than 1,000. He believes Stoicism is due for a revival and has recently begun writing about this Stoic revival.

When not writing about philosophy, Jules also writes about international business and politics. He is the associate editor of the Registry Report, the Stoic community eMagazine. He previously lived and worked as a journalist in Russia, where he covered for publications including The Times, The New York Times, and Foreign Policy. Before that, he studied English literature at Oxford University, where he graduated with first honors.
